I've also contributed a few documentation patches here and there. Previously it wasn't very clear to me which branch I should work with when updating documentation - I did it "wrong" once or twice and JohnT had to work around this or delay the patch. So, If someone has time, in the documentation-Howto (on the wiki?), please write very clearly which branch documentation patches go into, perhaps with a small example of how to do it with git.
