Looks awesome!

Do a git pull of the latest rtos-master-v0, and you should have decent
luck talking to it.  I've been updating the launch scripts, and the
device tree overlay stuff is now much more auto-magic.

With the BeagleBone/K9.3D configuration, you should see the X Y Z
step/dir pulses for the Pololu drivers twiddle if you run a program.

Holler if you need help switching pins around on the PRU step/dir/PWM
generator, or if you run into any issues.
