1. pages can be renamed, deleted or whatnot. for that you need wiki admin access (I think the board and a couple more people have that access). 2. regarding upload: - we can do one-off's quite easily, just mail me or another wiki/web admin with a link, and I can d/l it directly to where you want it - general rule exceptions: I'm a bit worried if we increse the limit significantly that we end up with things that are cruft, and just bloat the wiki/website. but that's up for debate.
