this worked as expected

AFAICT src/emc/task/taskmockup.py and src/emc/task/clientmockup.py behave like
what is needed to take out the NML transport altogether

http://git.mah.priv.at/gitweb?p=emc2-dev.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/zmq-inject-command

next step: transcribe Python mockup into C and include in emctaskmain.cc and
shcom.cc

while I have the eerie feeling I am talking to myself here, a second pair
eyeballs would be wildly appreciated ;)

if somebody wants to verify/suggest changes, the parts list is:

- install libzmq from here: https://github.com/zeromq/libzmq
- install pyzmq from here: https://github.com/zeromq/pyzmq as described here:
https://github.com/zeromq/pyzmq/wiki/Building-and-Installing-PyZMQ

for ZMQ noobs, the 'zguide' and working through basic Python examples therein
really help: http://zguide.zeromq.org/page:all
