One of the things that always bits me along these lines is that I have 
5 different email addresses forwarded into one server.  Due to the way 
emc-developers list is set up you have to make sure that the "from" 
address is one that it recognizes.  Since my default is a different 
address, I often have things bounce.  Could it be something like that?
