Not really.  The 2.6 release has to happen first, and that's where
all the questions are.  I think Seb was preparing to start sending
us periodic updates about it.  Also there is

which can give you some idea of the status, and could also give you
ideas about where to contribute help if you're able.  Once 2.6 is
out, and if we have working RT kernels (I think we do), making the
CD is the easy part.
