Is this anywhere near mergable to master?
I would bet that issues would get fixed faster after it's in master.
For instance I'm not very interested to do work on stepconf or pncconf
on ub or JA till I know they will be included in master, if both were
going in master for 2.6, i would wait till both were in.
As for JA I'm sure your right. to do both and wait for stability sounds like
another 9 - 12 months to me...
