I am using a mm setup and I was not able to get any combination of 
delta, depth, mill size, or pocket size to work after many attempts. 
Thus, I figured this was just broken and commented out.
here is an example, using a 10mm diameter mill

it errors with the "Tool radius not less than arc radius with comp"

Also, I played with tdelta increasing and decreasing it. Sometimes it 
would allow this error to go away (i.e. the entry would be ok) but then 
there would still be the problem with the path going back to center on 
the next layer. That would say the part would be gouged.
