Yes it's in /lib/python/gladevcp/hal_python.xml 
Its a problem as the changing the class name will break all the gladevcp panels 
that use them.
it was a fix not completed with the name change.
Not sure what to do about it.
But I can change the docs to highlight this

Glade wants icons for all widgets and truly that would be nice.
You'll see a few widgets in the pallet that look the same but do different 
things.
Glade stuffs in these stock icons if you don't supply custom ones.
Glade complains too much about less then critical things.
