turns out the github wiki feature supports online editing of pages in AsciiDoc markup format
for documents which are work-in-progress but intended to eventually wind up in the LinuxCNC documentation section thats quite convenient; online editing possible, support for multiple contributors through github 'organizations' - and no wait for the build script to plow through the docs for a start I've moved the UnifiedBuild.html fragment to such a github wiki page: https://github.com/mhaberler/asciidoc-sandbox/wiki/Unified-Build-for-Multiple-RT-Operating-Systems; once that settles I intend to move it back into the documentation section this github feature is based on asciidoctor.js, part of the asciidoctor project: http://asciidoctor.org/docs/install-and-use-asciidoctorjs/ github repos de facto have an associated wiki repository to hold such pages, this is based on gollum: https://github.com/gollum/gollum while the github feature doesnt support everything we might need for online edtiing (like non-png image plugins, source code highlighting, index checks etc) it might be worth exploring gollum as online editing and viewing vehicle for the LinuxCNC documentation I think this would significantly lower the bar to add or fix documentation - and maybe also eventually ease translation - Michael ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Android apps run on BlackBerry 10 Introducing the new BlackBerry 10.2.1 Runtime for Android apps.
