Gentlemen, IIRC, the GE 1050 control on the Monarch VMC-75 I ran in 1980 had a 'setup' toggle switch. With the button up (on) the feedrate knob controlled the rapids also. With the button down (off) the feedrate knob ignored the rapid moves. thanks Stuart
