Greetings; Greg K-H just announced he was going to maintain the 3.14 kernel for the next 2 years.
Since our existing kernel has quite a few warts when trying to run on larger machines, like running 500+ megs into swap in about 24 hours from a reboot on this machine, something it does not do on the atoms, might it be possible to RTAI patch this "LTS" kernel as our next default kernel? There are literally tons of arm fixes that might be able to help the beagle-bone blacks in this newer kernel. Just sayin.
