Greetings; I have a template for cutting metric threads on my lathe all setup, something I can edit to the exact size quickly.
Load it, and try to run it gets me a "code exceeds machine lower limit for axis X". The code doesn't, for this template, get within 40mm of of the axis0 min limit in the .ini file. Min for x=1.5mm (relative to the home pos which is backed all the way out at about 67.5mm radius) and the test code is at about 47mm, give or take 1mm. Click run anyway, and it runs just fine, never getting any closer than about 44mm from the min_limit set. I have stared at that code for a couple hours now. Loaded it up with debug statements that also say it doesn't get near the limits. Anybody got a cluebat, I seem to have miss laid mine. Thanks all.
