Due to the LinuxCNC gathering in Texas on October 18-24, I think it would make sense to change the date of the October IRC meeting (if any) to Saturday the 18th instead of Saturday the 25th with agenda items posted by the 15th. This would allow those in Texas to conduct the meeting face-to-face at the venue.
The meeting time is 11AM local time in Texas, and someone present at that meeting would summarise the in-person statements and votes to the channel. If someone wants we can vote about this in the September meeting (since we already are holding an IRC meeting for the first time in months) but absent an objection to the idea I don't think that's necessary.
