Thanks for the prompt reply.

I am from India and currently enrolled with National Institute of
Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), an Autonomous Scientific
Society under the administrative control of Ministry of Communications and
Information Technology, Government of India.

My courses involve Linux/Unix System Development & Administration,
scripting with python/bash and programming with C/C++.


My first interaction with LinuxCNC was when I was involved in a robotic arm
project. Though LinuxCNC is precompiled with Ubuntu,
some upgrades on my machine prevented LinuxCNC from working and I find this
project is a direct solution to this problem
and so I would like to help LinuxCNC with it.
