FERROR and MIN_FERROR are in "user units", which is usually mm or inch. MIN_FERROR is the amount of permitted error at zero velocity. FERROR is a sliding scale limit that is added to MIN_FERROR. So, in mm user units, at 30 mm/min, that is 0.5mm/second, and so a FERROR = 0.01 would add .01 * 0.5 = .005mm of additional tolerance for following error. But, you have to convert BOTH FERROR and MIN_FERROR.
