I think "override limits" only lets you do a continuous jog.  It
might allow incremental but I'm not sure.  It is smart about only
letting you jog in the direction that solves the problem, which is a
thing that the MPG jogging isn't set up to do.

I assume you're asking because you use Touchy and don't have
continuous jog buttons...  Other than adding them (or poking those
inputs with halcmd) I'm not sure what to suggest.  Touchy *does*
have the override limit button to let you turn the machine on.
