Yes it does.

The files in docs/src/man all get converted into manpages one way or 
another, based on their extension.

The "*.in" files are turned into manpages by the src/configure script by 
simple variable substitution.

The "*.txt" files are turned into manpages by the doc build system, 
using Asciidoc.
