I would think it should go to both axis.*.counts and joint.*.counts on both id kins and non-id kins. Then the jog-enable of a particular joint or axis is asserted, and that joint or axis moves by the jogwheel (while all the other joint and axis jog-enables are de-asserted and they stay put). > In a non-trivial kins, would the same counts go to both?
