Gentlemen, I have a 5 axis cutter diameter compensation routine working in my cam package. I am studying the LinuxCNC docs to figure out where/how to implement it. As of now it is not universally applicable. It is meant to work on a machine with the two axis head with the B axis carrying the A axis and the A axis carrying the spindle. Like the 5 axis blue cinci at MPM. The dropbox links are the program and two screen shots to help visualize what the program is doing. The parallel lines in the pictures are tool paths with different compensation values. Questions and/or comments are appreciated.
