And then only if the tool in the spindle is not the tool this code 
expects. It will be more complex to analyze the code from line 1, 
tracking the tool number, and if at arriving at line NN to to restart, 
the mounted tool and the tracked tool don't match, then trigger the tool 
change. So I would add "new" in front of the "start"ing line above. 
Reducing the ambiguity. Worth 2 cents? IDK.
