PCW can probably be more help, but here is one way to answer the question 1: Download the holstmot2 package from Mesa (link under "Specifications" for each card: http://www.mesanet.com/software/parallel/5i24.zip 2: unzip and look inside configs/hostmot2/source and then expand hostmot2.zip 3: Check that xy2mod exists in there 4: search on those files for xy2mod: PIN_7I96_XY2ModD_51.vhd PIN_7I96_XY2ModD_51.vhd PIN_7I96_XY2ModD_51.vhd PIN_7I96_XY2ModD_51.vhd PIN_5ABOB_XYDPD_34.vhd PIN_5ABOB_XYDPD_34.vhd PIN_5ABOB_XYDPD_34.vhd PIN_5ABOB_XYDPD_34.vhd PIN_7I76XY2Modx2D_34.vhd PIN_7I76XY2Modx1D_34.vhd So the existing pinouts that include that module are those above which suggests that it is worth looking in the 7i96 and 7i76 firmware packages. The 5ABOB pinout (generic 5 axis breakout board) is a common config for the 5i25 too, so looking in the 5i24.zip wasn't the best initial choice. However, looking in the 5i25, 7i76E and 7i96 packages shows no PIN files that contain "XY" so my suspicion is that Mesa are not currently publishing any XY2MOD bitfiles in the default set. But this is not necessarily a problem, and if you have a 5i22 and want to use it then you can either try building a firmware yourself (non-trivial but doable) or ask Mesa / PCW if they can make one for you. -- atp "A motorcycle is a bicycle with a pandemonium attachment and is designed for the especial use of mechanical geniuses, daredevils and lunatics." — George Fitch, Atlanta Constitution Newspaper, 1912 _______________________________________________ Emc-developers mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-developers
