I fired off another build, and got a different set of results (some
passes became fails, and vice versa) with no changes at all.

I have spent a lot of effort on the docs and build over the last few
weeks, but as far as I know the code has not changed for quite a
while.

Chasing  bugs that might not exist in an indeterminate system is not fun.
