I attempted to do some updates the first being Community Builder.
You do not appear to be logged into https://www.joomlapolis.com/. This
will cause Install from Web to treat you as a guest. Ensure you are
logged in at https://www.joomlapolis.com/ and check browser settings to
ensure 3rd party cookies are not blocked or consider generating a Site
Key from your Joomlapolis profile and save it to your Community Builder
configuration

Once you have logged in or set your Site Key .

It looks like they are not being confirmed. At a guess the server is
either not sending, or not processing, the confirmation emails.
I have manually confirmed all those who are not obviously Bangalore
call girls (why is it always Bangalore?)
But we need to find out what is going wrong with the process.
