Hi
Install an external GPS receiver/antenna and a fibre media converter.
Run the signal via fibre inside the building.
Fibre is not affected by any magnetic/electric fields.

Hi Jon,
It seems that there are antennas, preamps, cables, splitters,
and so forth to bring a GPS signal in from outside:

Could you buy or make a GPS receiver in a shielded box?
Would that work? It seems like it should. Good to chat w/ you!

There are also NTP servers based on GPS (or the cell phone network which uses
GPS). These can be on that detached network.
GPS won't work next to a cyclotron, in a massively shielded
building.
