Which since I'm mostly utf8, I've almost zero knowledge of. A hex
viewer and an ascii keyboard map might disclose a clue? I've seen some
keyboard maps, but above decimal 127 I've not noted a total agreement,
so which is right? If its been standardized in the last decade, I didn't
get the memo.
