I have replied on another email thread that covers most of this The kernel is built from source in a cross compiler environment on a AMD64 PC the image needs to be rebuilt You could clone the linuxcnc repo https://github.com/LinuxCNC/rpi-img-builder-lcnc/tree/2.9.2 Make a 2.9.3 branch and place the 6.6.35 RT patch in userpatches and update the commit in userdata.txt
