A fix for a problem in Gmoccapy caused a problem in Axis, but only affected a file not closely related to either. My feeling (without properly analysing the situation) is that the existing g-code parsing in the Axis touch-off dialog (which, incidentally, is useful and I used extensively when I used Axis) was only working "by accident" as a side-effect of other (probably undesirable) behaviour. I haven't even figured out what file is "not open" but suspect that it's actually the G-code file. I would appreciate it if others could take a look, though. I think that there are sufficient pointers in the issue discussion to show where to look. This will force a 2.9.6 release, possibly as soon as this weekend. -- atp "A motorcycle is a bicycle with a pandemonium attachment and is designed for the especial use of mechanical geniuses, daredevils and lunatics." — George Fitch, Atlanta Constitution Newspaper, 1912 _______________________________________________ Emc-developers mailing list Emc-developers@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-developers
