The LinuxCNC codebase currently compiles a number of ISA-bus card drivers.

LinuxCNC master is only supported on Bookworm+

We only build 64-bit versions of LinuxCNC at the moment. (but I think
that a 32-bit build is possible, has anyone tried?)

It seems vanishingly improbable that it is even possible to run
LinuxCNC Master on an ISA-bus system.

There are special "Industrial" motherboards that feature modern CPUs but have one or two ISA slots to accommodate ancient I/O boards.  I'm not sure what sort of bridge chips they need to handle the ISA bus.  Yes, running a 64-bit OS on a NATIVE ISA system is not going to work.
