It happened just before I added my two PRs. The changes in my tree went through, but the PRs failed. There was less than an hour between the functioning and failing CI instantiation. This morning (after 10:00 UTC) it worked again after a restart of the failed tests.


CI probably failed because someone at github changed some setting, package or touched/tested/hacked something else on the live infrastructure. These types of failing CI mostly smell a lot like bad or missing procedures, missing redundancy, SPOFs and missing QA.

That it occurred only on debian:sid could of course mean an upstream problem, but I've not seen Debian fsck-up that big in quite some time.
