FWIW the folowing drivers are not built in userspace. They may still
work, but are probably not tested.

Many are ISA boards. Motenc is a PCI board, but I contacted the
manufacturer before Christmas and they were not aware of any still in
use.
Tiro was built by Alex Joni, only 3 were ever built.
These were the only manufacturers of any of the above that bothered to
reply to my queries.
