Sorry, I've been doing some hard drive cleaning 
and I've erased the message that asked for 
German Military emc standards.  

This is not intended to be a spam, but since 
this was the only informative response, I've 
decided to post it.  Again, I mean no spamming here. 

I've been contacted by the gentleman below who 
informs me that most European countries have 
a NATO agreement to be TEMPEST compliant. 
The document numbers may be different, but 
the testing is basically the same.
