We would like to be able to provide Ground Fault Interrupter
(GFI) protection on the utility outlets in our cabinets for the
international market. Typically this means we are dealing with
220V AC, single phase, and with AC outlets that are different
from those used in the US. To that end I am looking for answers
          to the following:

How is GFI protection normally done in other parts of the world?
          such as:
             Indonesia
             India
             Ecuador
             Brazil
             Poland
             Romania
             China

Do they use outlets with GFI built in as is commonly done in the
          US?

Are there stand alone GFI devices available that are not built
into a receptacle or a circuit breaker?

Where can I find more information on this subject?

     Thanks in advance.
