My understanding is that the ZH1/618 ( German Standard ) is more
stringent than the ISO 9241-3. It may be a good idea however to
call TUV Rheinland in Pleasanton and to get a confirmation.

Hello,

These two standards, from what I have been able to discover, address ergonomic
characteristics of VDT's. My question is, are these two standards compatible?
In other words, if a product is designed to ISO 9241-3 would it be considered
to meet the requirements of ZH1/618?

Thanks,
