Someone suggested using NEMKO. I have worked with them and found them to be very customer oriented. NEMKO has an office in California. I don't have the number, but they do advertise a lot. Contact them to see it fhey have a test lab in the US. Obtain the necessary test reports from NEMKO and apply to Poland. Of course, check first with the Polish authorities.
