EU Guidelines Document on EMC Directive

     I just received my Sept-Oct issue of CE Magazine that highlight the 
     new Guideline Document on the EMC Directive (everything you ever 
     wanted to know about the EMC Directive).
     
     I have one question.  How do I get this document?
