John, The Scanprot.dot file is attached. I think it is still available somewhere on Microsoft's web page if you have any problem unencoding it. If I knew the path to it on Microsoft's web, I would have sent it rather than the actual file. Fortunately there were only a few email messages complaining about large file enclosures.
