According to Sections 15.107(e) and 15.109(g) of the FCC rules, CISPR 
22 limits are an alternative to the FCC limits.  Therefore, if your 
product passes the CISPR limits using the stipulations in the above 
mentioned sections of the FCC rules, the product is compliant with 
the FCC rules.
