Yes, Germany has had quite strict rules for x-radiation devices... they
are separated into intentional x-raditation devices and unintentional
x-radiation devices. .. I'm more familiar with the latter, they have required
product markings for any operating at 5 kV and above plus licensing for any
operating above 30 kV... Not surprised if there are further requirements for
intentional radiators - which you possible fall under... I'm sure that you'll
hear more specifically from someone in Germany on this...
