7/23 Mr. Schaible's e-mail of 7/12 asks about training opportunities for design engineers for EU/CE. We would be interested in finding out further information about entry level training of new safety/design engineers, and also on-going training.
How do the big companies train engineers? Are there in-house training programs, or do the big companies rely on outside consultants to coordinate the training? What about small companies?
