By "non-CE marked equipment" and "European military groups" I assume you are referring to military equipment exemption from the European EMC Directive? If so, the latest information I have (dated March 1996) is as follows: Military equipment _is_ excluded for EMC CE marking in UK, France, Finland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Norway (if purely for military use). Military equipment is _not_ excluded for EMC CE marking in Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany. There was no information available (in March) on the attitude of Denmark, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal, & Sweden. Latest I have heard is that some of the countries above who had made their excluded/not excluded decision are thinking of changing their minds ! Anyone else have any better (or more correct !) information?
