In Europe the wireless mouse will be considered as a Short Range Device. ETSI has develop a family of three standards for Short Range Devices :
ETS 300.330 : For equipment operating in the freq. range up to 25 MHz ETS 300.220 : For equipment operating in the freq. range 25 MHz up to 1000 MHz ETS 300.440 : For equipment operating in the freq. range above 1GHz I doubt if 27 MHz can be used for datacommunication in AUSTRIA? Besides the radio standard also the EMC standard is applicable (10.5 Radio Communications equipment).
