We are the one of Korea EMI test labs and authorized lab from
the Korea government and FCC. Mostly, we are doing Korea EMI
test. However, we have plan to expand our biz into the CE
marking. The following is the our question for CE marking.
1. In Korea, there is no private lab which can conduct all of
EMI, ESD, BURST and EMS. 4 labs among 12, conduct EMI,
ESD, Burst test at their lab and conduct EMS test at the
Ministry of Communication or Big company.
2. As of my knowledge, TUV seoul office and VDE agent in Seoul
conduct witness test and they issue the report. Is there
any different way to conduct witness test beside TUV and
VDE seoul office? For example, my lab and any authorized
organization make contract and conduct witness test and
issue the report?
3. Is there any way to become authorized lab like FCC and
condduct test and issue the sue the report without
ussue the report without witness test?
