A colleague of mine has asked the following question about acceleration factors. I know it doesn't fit this forum but with all the great knowledge found here I expect someone may be able to provide a lead if not an answer.
Question: Do you know where I can find a qualitative acceleration factor for the combination of testing and humidity highly accelerated testing for DI water-generated humidity on exposed copper traces of PC boards, similar to the Arhenius equation for acceleration of failure versus temperature. ?
