There are other flame tests described in UL 746C which focus more on
the end-use application of the material. Flame spread ratings are
determined using UL 723. Other characteristics of plastic materials
(non-flame related) are evaluated using UL 746A and B.

Other than the UL94 standard, does anyone know of other sources for
material flammability testing (plastic)?
For that matter, product safety reference material that also covers
flammability testing.
