A few years ago we used both of the following translation services with good results - don't know if they are still in business or not. Someone else responding to you mentioned $200/page. Yes that is about right for "business" or "legal" - likely more for "technical". When we used them ICOA was better technically.

We've tried 5-6 different ones and this is the best yet for normal conversation and business/legal. It leaves something to be desired for electro-technical - but it has a dictionary you can add to. I and some others here read a little German and have "cheat sheets" for technical phrases in our industry. This program costs about $350.00. Sorry, don't have an address/phone handy. Good Luck.
