Most or all MIL-STDs are available through DoD at 215-697-2667 or 2179. They have now begun charging for standards so a credit card or check, etc. may be required. You can fax orders to 215-697-1462 or 2978. If the std. is in stock, it doesn't take very long. Hope this helps. Ron Fotino
