Mike, it is my understanding that the PRC is now requiring certain "listed"
products to have SACI/CCIB certification and display CCIB mark to be 
imported.  I believe that PCs and monitors are on the list of products which
must have SACI/CCIB approval.   

Note that the PRC is largely 220V/50H.  A UL or CSA test report for a 220V
version of a product might help obtain SACI/CCIB certification; however, 
the marks alone will suffice.  A CB report will be more effective at getting
the CCIB approval/mark.

Are UL and/or CSA marks sufficient to permit importation of personal 
computers and video display units into the Peoples Republic of China or do 
the products need to display the CCIB mark?
