In my experience various agencies around the world, tend to interpet Clause 1.4.7 in 950 differently. Some use it to calculate a higher ambient temperature, based on tests at 25 degrees C, while others use it for all heating tests judgements. I'd like to hear the group's interpetation of the clause.
