Equipment Authorizations" by Willmar K. Roberts. This book covers how to build wide band baluns, half-wave dipoles (also known as the Roberts Dipole), Line impedance stabilization networks (LSINs), how to set up a site, etc. The book is old and somewhat out of date, but the construction info is still good. Roberts is the retired Ass't Chief Engineer of the FCC.
